About Me

At 31, I am paying off my student loans, playing in the kitchen, watching a dozen TV shows, and thinking about writing more often than actually writing. With a large collection of largely unfinished stories, I’m seeking to figure out how to remedy that situation and hopefully mind myself with a book!

I have worked at a local Co-op grocery with quite the myriad of misfits for nearly six years. I play computer games, GPS-based phone games, and board games. I drink coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, beer, wine, the other cider, and coffee. I can be found at any number of Bozeman coffee shops, especially as it’s difficult to stay focused at home where there are 300 things to distract me.

I have a B.A. in Russian and hope to re-learn the language at some point, a largely unused yellow belt in Judo, a particular devotion to cats both large and small, and a love for people that I don’t express enough. I’ve been writing for pleasure since I was in 8th grade (…so, 13 years old), and while I’ve seen obviously improved since then, I know I still have a ways to go. At the rate I’m going, I might have something finished by the time I’m 40, but we’ll see.
